Ordered a 12 piece (10 extra crispy, 2 grilled for the wife) asked before leaving if they remembered the two grilled and was told yes. When I got home we only had 10 extra crispy! It seems that if you only do chicken you should be able to do it right but upstate NY stores can't seem to figure it out.December 30, 2016
